This cover of ‘Fairly Local’ was created as part of an international collaborative project celebrating the 10th Anniversary of Twenty Øne Piløts’ 2015 album Blurryface.

The introduction of electric guitar, female vocals and live drums provides a fresh take on the originally electronic, trap-based track, while maintaining aspects of the original track’s dark sonic profile.

In the completed ‘Fairly Local’ project, the cover is accompanied by a video, which features artworks created by members of the Twenty Øne Piløts fanbase, or Skeleton Clique. Full artist credits are in the video description.
